Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email address, and phone number when you contact us, request a home valuation, sign up for listing alerts, or create an account to view sold data. We also keep the content of messages you send through our contact forms.

Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring source, device type, and approximate location (city level). This is collected via Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics cookies — see “Cookies and Google Analytics” below. If you decline, none of it is collected.

How we use your information

• Respond to your real estate inquiries and showing requests.
• Prepare and deliver home valuation reports you request.
• Send property alerts you have subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Improve the site, measure traffic sources, and understand which listings and pages are most useful.
• Comply with TRREB Virtual Office Website (VOW) program requirements.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Analytics is off until you turn it on. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics 4 is not loaded — no Google script runs and no analytics cookie is set — unless you choose “Accept analytics”. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.

What GA4 collects if you accept: pages viewed, the referring source (including any campaign tags in the link you arrived from), approximate city-level location derived from your IP, device and browser type, and how long you stayed. We enable IP anonymisation.

What we never send to Google: your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type into a form. Lead details go only to Aman and our own systems — never into analytics.

Purpose: to see which pages, neighbourhoods and tools people actually find useful, so the site can be improved. We do not use analytics for advertising. Google Signals, ad personalisation, and Google Ads linking are all switched off.

Your choice and how long it lasts: your decision is stored in a first-party cookie on this site for about 12 months, after which you will be asked again. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page — if you withdraw consent we also delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

You can additionally opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Data collected by Google Analytics is retained according to the retention period configured on the analytics property; contact us if you would like your usage data deleted.

TRREB / VOW data

Sold price data is provided under the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) Virtual Office Website (VOW) program. Access to sold data requires account registration and consumer terms acceptance. Each access to VOW-only data is logged for TRREB compliance auditing as required by the VOW agreement.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for core site functionality (authentication sessions, saved-search preferences) and Google Analytics cookies for traffic measurement. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Email amantoorcorp@gmail.com and we will action the request within 30 days.
