Richmond Hill Centre is the fast-growing commercial and residential core of Richmond Hill, centred on Yonge Street between Highway 7 and Major Mackenzie. It's one of the few 905 neighbourhoods with subway plans finally moving forward (the Yonge extension), and condo and townhouse inventory has grown rapidly in the last decade.

The mix of single-family homes and new mid-rise condos makes this a flexible neighbourhood for buyers at different price points. Top-ranked Bayview Secondary is the catchment for most of the area.
